On August 12th, 2019, we received an alarming message.
Our brioche buns had been taken hostage by a group calling themselves the Anti-Popeyes Chicken Coalition, or APCC. Their demand: reveal the secret to the unbeatable taste of our chicken sandwich.
The truth is, there is no secret besides our Louisiana love.
Without our buns, we can no longer make our widely-beloved chicken sandwiches. That’s why we need your help to bring our buns back.
